FIRE/BILGE PUMP Automatic Suction System
Bilge water is removed via four submersible 24V electric pumps located
in various compartments of the bilge.
These pumps are controlled by float switches that activate the pumps
automatically when water levels rise excessively. The bilge water is
discharged through external outlets located below the minimum
waterline. Each pump is equipped with a check valve at its outlet to
prevent backflow. The bilge discharge piping includes a gooseneck
(antisiphon loop) upstream of the overboard outlet as a safety measure
to prevent water ingress.

Pump locations in this system:
• One bilge pump located in the aft section of the engine room,
starboard side, with an overboard discharge.
• One bilge pump located in the forward section of the engine
room, port side, with an overboard discharge.
• One bilge pump located in the aft section of the crew cabin compartment,
port side, with an overboard discharge.
• One bilge pump located in the guest cabin compartment, port
side, with an overboard discharge.
Centralized System: This system features a primary 24V DC self-priming
electric bilge pump. The pump draws water from six different bilge
compartments using suction strainers positioned at the lowest points
of the hull in each area. This centralized system allows for effective
drainage of all bilge sections through a single, central pump.

AIRCONDITIONING The yacht is equipped with a tempered water
air conditioning system consisting of 230V chiller units, fan coil units,
freshwater piping, and a seawater circuit. Two compact chiller units
are installed on the starboard side of the engine room. The seawater
pumps and the circulation pump are located beneath the crew cabin
floor panels, directly under the chiller units. The air conditioning system
can be powered either by a generator or shore power. In terms of
unit distribution:
Salon: Three 18,000 BTU air conditioning units
Galley: One 12,000 BTU unit
Wheelhouse: One 18,000 BTU unit
VIP Cabin: Two 18,000 BTU units
Master Cabin: Two 24,000 BTU units
Port and Starboard Guest Cabins: One 12,000 BTU unit each
Laundry Room & Bunk Area: One 6,000 BTU unit
Aft Guest Cabin: Two 9,000 BTU units
Captain’s Cabin: One 6,000 BTU unit
Crew Cabin Area: One 9,000 BTU unit

FIRE FIGHTING The vessel is equipped with a total of 14 portable fire
extinguishers, distributed throughout all cabins, the galley, the wheelhouse,
the crew quarters, and the upper deck area.
For the engine room, there is an automatic fire suppression system
that can also be manually activated. The system uses Novec 1230 as
the extinguishing agent. Detectors are installed in the ceiling panels,
and the automatic suppression system is triggered at 60°C within 30
seconds.
In the event of a system fault, the fire extinguisher can be activated
from the wheelhouse. Once the suppression system is triggered,
engines, ventilation fans, fuel valves, and generators shut down automatically,
and fire dampers close to stop air circulation in the engine
habitación.
ALARMS The Sirena 88 features a comprehensive alarm infrastructure
including:
• Fire suppression alerts and engine shutdown controls in the
timonera
• Bilge high-water warnings via float sensors
• CO detector in crew quarters
• Navigation electronics alarms (SIMRAD, autopilot, etc.)
• Electril safety alarms (GFCI & reverse-polarity)
