Maiora 24 in very good general shape with pickled oak interior and laminated oak parquet.
Crew onboard for the whole year, 6 months on the water and 6 months drydocked.
Engines have been always following official “MTU Schedule Maintenance”.
In 2013/2014: new driver seat, Raymarine electronic equipment replacement with III generation and new wind, new bow sunbed and new interior tapestry and blinds.
In 2014/2015: wifi router installation, new starboard engine flanges surface, inflatable life rat & fire extinguishing overhauling, flybridge electronics throttle replacement.
In 2015/2016: flybridge teak table replacement, new oak laminated parquet floor, Onan generators replacement, new led under water lights, Mor Saverio davit and desalination unit overhauling.
In 2016/2017: injectors replacement and inox exhaust and raiser rebuilding, outboard engine overhauling, engines & service gel batteries replacement, new flybridge tapestry and bimini top, cockpit door control unit overhauling, kitchen furniture lacquering.
In 2017/2018: new shafts, propellers balancing, new Navisyystem satellite TV system and new Tel Sat, fridge and icemaker replacement, injectors pumps replacement, new 125mt anchor chain and full bowthruster overhauling.
In 2018/2019: turbo system, aftercooler and heat exchangers overhauling, flexible coupling replacement – hull sanding + aquastop and new desalination membranes.
In 2020 the boat was not launched on the water and bowthruster hydraulic pump overhauling.
In 2021: the gear box (drives transmission) have been replaced with new ZF model.
All the above works can be shown by relative invoices.
