When you step down from the salon, you’ll find the luxurious Master Stateroom. As you enter, you’ll notice the expert craftsmanship at every turn. Unpack your things and relax on the spacious king-sized bed, perfect for watching TV or reading. Fully adjustable lighting from full bright to warm mood lights with switching at the entry and at both nightstands.

For the ladies, there’s a lovely fold-down vanity with swing-out seating, making it easy to get ready for special occasions. One step down takes you to the well-planned his and her head and central walk-through shower. It’s spacious, well thought out, and offers a large amount of storage. This Master Stateroom is so comfortable and luxurious that you might not want to leave.

Galley and Pilothouse

Go forward a few steps from the salon, and you’ll arrive in the well-equipped galley. It’s beautifully appointed with teak cabinetry featuring easy-to-use chrome push-button handles and latches. Granite countertops adorn the cabinets as well as the large island complemented by new custom inlaid teak and holly flooring.

This well-equipped galley transforms cooking into an enjoyable experience at sea, offering essential appliances and the added convenience of a double sink. Whether you’re preparing meals for a small crew or a larger group, the spacious counter and ample storage are readily available.

The adaptable island in the galley with plenty of drawers, storage, and a trash compactor adds another layer of functionality, serving various purposes seamlessly while navigating the waters.

The pilothouse is fully functional and updated in every sense. A fully adjustable Stidd pilot chair is centered on the mid-cabin dash, where all new(2022) Furuno TZ Touch 3, 16″ screens(2) are mounted in a flush arrangement in perfect line of sight. Caterpillar engine monitors are ergonomically mounted below and closer to Captain, as well as remainder of controls and VHF radios. The discerning buyer will not that the low voltage panel located to the starboard side of the lower helm area reflects all accurate and proper engraved labeling, with all functional switch lighting. A fully functional tank monitor is also conveniently located on the panel, in easy reach. The helm is starboard of an elevated, L-shaped dining table, with an inlaid decorative surface showing virtually no wear, and serving as a functional chart table and work space for the use of laptops, based on spacing of back supporting leather-faced cushions. A center island provides some separation from the galley and so provides the Captain with suitable isolation to avoid distractions while meal prep is on-going during passages.

Flybridge

The flybridge, accessible from both the aft deck and galley, provides a comfortable retreat that is air-conditioned.

Enjoy a broad panoramic view from new polycarbonate enclosures, perfect for embracing the maritime lifestyle in a climate-controlled space. The spacious flybridge features a reliable 24,000 BTU air conditioning unit, along with a convenient wet bar equipped with a sink, large refrigerator, and ice maker.

The layout includes cozy seating to port and a larger L-shaped seating arrangement with a custom high gloss teak table. This combines to create a pleasant setting for shared meals with friends and family with ample storage underneath. New upgraded soft goods and decor complete the yacht styling.

On the bridge deck, you’ll find a newly custom-built grill fiberglass cabinet with storage underneath, featuring a custom Stamoid cover. The gel-coated cabinet has been painted with Awlgrip to perfectly match the boat’s new finish.

A new large Fire King propane grill completes the space. Port side of the bridge deck there’s a freshly Awlgrip-painted Steelhead 1500-pound davit with a power boom capable of both power extension and rotation.

Owner’s Comments

If you are looking for that certain boat, I would ask you to consider Island Girl. No expense was spared in the refit of this yacht. I searched long and hard to find an un-molested, low-hour pedigree boat and set on a mission to make her the nicest one. This was all done from late summer of 2022 until June 2023.

The Awlgrip exterior paint job was done by Cable Marine in Ft. Lauderdale. Every surface outside the boat was painted; the new radar, digital compass, satellite domes, aft deck shower enclosure, hard top, davit, EVERYTHING was painted. You won’t watch anything start to yellow on this boat.

She looks like she is porcelain-finished. All this and much more combine to create a beautiful yacht that shows new.

The systems all work as they should. The options, as well as the upgrades, set her apart from the competition. She is a pleasure to run, dock, and entertain on, as well as fun to show. I could go on and on but hopefully, you start to get a feel for how special I think she is. These particular items I’ve listed below are part of what I think makes this boat such a joy to own, operate, and maintain from a captain/owner’s perspective. I assure you the interior is just as nice and is just as well-appointed.
