General Arrangement

Magic is a Raised Pilothouse Motor-yacht with an upper and lower helm station. She can be easily piloted and docked from either location.  She features large salon on the main deck and up a few steps in the galley you find a large U-shaped galley and nice seating area. The main accommodation area below has 3 staterooms, all with their own heads and separate showers. The Master Stateroom is very large and is the full beam of the boat.   The Master Head has 2 separate (his and hers) sinks and toilets, and they share a large shower in the middle.

The Fly-bridge has 2 comfortable helm chairs and a top of the line set of Garmin electronics.  Aft of these seats there is a large built in seating area and table for guests.  There is ample storage, a grill, and drink fridge up here too.  Aft of the seating area you find a davit and dingy.

Outside in the cockpit of the boat you find Port and Starboard seating areas with their own tables.  There is a full height stairway on the port side that leads to the crew cabin and engine room.   This space is ample for a crew of 2 and is finished nicely so family could use this space as well.

The hull is pained in Awlcraft Medium Silver with two coats of Awlcraft 2000 clear on top.  This yacht finish is what you would expect on a high-end sports car, but rarely can be found on a yacht of this size.   The Superstructure is a pleasant Oyster White that is much more pleasing to the eye in the tropical sun than a bright white.  The lower decks are perfectly laid natural teak, undoubtedly the best nonslip surface under foot on a choppy day.   The upper decks are non-skid to keep the weight down and for ease of maintenance.

The main cabins on the lower deck feature 3 Staterooms and 3 heads all with separate showers. The Cabin-way has a nice stacked washer and dryer behind solid Cherry louvered doors and there  is a great  folding area off to the side.

Magic is a perfect family yacht that is safe and comfortable for all those that cruise on her.
