The 84′ Maiora is a well maintained, low hour, high speed, shallow draft, Bahama friendly yacht that sleeps 8 guests + 3 crew. Walkaround side decks, day heads in Main Saloon and sky lounge, icemakers and bars are great when entertaining. Huge locker on bow with crane for tender storage.
Engine room access is through a large hatch on the stern. Over 6’4″ headroom in the pump room and engine room.
This yacht was built by original owner with the supervision of a captain and surveyor inspections during the build. Lots of interior and exterior seating, dining and lounge areas. Easy access in and out of the tender on aft deck platform.
The layout consists of twin master staterooms and 2 additional guest cabins, plus 1 cabin with 3 berths for crew.
Great yacht for owner/operator with Yacht Controller; bow/stern thrusters, and multiple docking locations. Great for charter also with dual master staterooms and crew for 3.

Vessel Walkthrough
Entering the salon you will find the fit and finish of a fine Italian motor yacht. Forward is the galley and pilot house, day head and crew stairs lead you up to the large flybridge with 2nd day head with helm station, large seating areas, wet bar, and access to the upper aft deck. The upper aft deck includes large grill, storage and sun lounge chairs.
Continuing your adventure below main deck you proceed down the stairs to the companionway to find the large master stateroom, VIP stateroom and two additional guest staterooms. All staterooms have ensuite heads.
Outside is the lower aft deck with guest seating and large teak table with seating for eight. For this area you can walk down either port or starboard to the swim platform and engine room access.
The main deck leads you forward to the fore deck with safety side rails and sun pads that can accommodate numerous people, and dinghy storage.

Broker’s Comment

Never Rest was the third and last Maiora the original owner had built with the supervision of a captain and surveyor.  Constructed for cruising  in the US/ Caribbean, 60 cycle boat with large entertaining areas on the main-deck and bridge-deck both with day heads and bar.

Lightly used, approx. 100 hrs per year on her C32’s which will top out at 30 kts.
