ROCK 85 strikes the ideal combination between speed, comfort, and spaciousness. Vripack designed a fast super displacement hull with a high, straight bow for intercepting rough seas. With an innovative sliding platform and a draft of only 1.8 meters, she can visit the most secluded areas in pursuit of adventure. All of this, combined with the yacht’s steel and aluminum construction, results in a remarkably comfortable cruising experience with impressive speeds. Furthermore, at only 24 meters, ROCK 85 retains all of the benefits of the European CE rules’ CE-A category.
Additionally, ROCK 85 excels in providing unparalleled comfort and space to its discerning owners and guests. With a beam of 6.5 meters and three decks, the yacht’s voluminous, open-plan layout boasts 20% more internal volume than other comparable-sized boats. She can accommodate eight guests and four crew in a volume of 145GT.
On the main deck, full-height windows give amazing uninterrupted views onto the water. This space has a lounge area with adjustable seating and a fully equipped minibar, while the dining area, which can seat up to 12, features one of the largest glass panels found on a yacht this size. The owner’s suite is on this level, characterized by a private drop-down balcony with underwater lighting and child-proofing features available at the press of a button. There are three guest cabins on the lower deck, a double and two twins, and the 15-square-metre bridge deck is given over to relaxing, with seating and al fresco dining. Sunshades create a further outdoor space on the main deck.

Vripack design team took great care in developing a detailed exterior
and interior design to contain a large number of custom features that
match ROCK’s architectural lines. This is most apparent in the stainless
steel railing and bollards, the teak-deck layout, detailing on the
windows and inside the leather paneling and marble works that run
throughout. Evident from the moment you step on board, ROCK’s
exceptional design elements are what make a yacht of this size a
standout custom design. The special cabins at the aft gives the total
effect of the cruising experience with extra large windows making the
cabins luminous. Both cabins have their own bathrooms. The Owner Cabin
has luminous space and a private terrace which become stunning
especially at night with utilized underwater lighting enjoying an
aquarium feeling.
ROCK’s
outstanding 55m sq lounge deck comparable to a 40 meter’s, accommodates
a 12 person onyx dining table, an outdoor bar and a spacious lounge
sofa area.
ROCHE
is an environmental yacht with onboard lithium-ion batteries, solar
panels, waste treatment system and very low fuel consumption at economic

Welding:

Paint:
Prior
to cutting and assembling, all structural steel will be shot blasted to
SAE 2.5 standard. After assembling and welding, all exterior welds from
approx. 0.30m under the construction waterline upwards of the hull and
deck house are ground smooth to ambient plate surface.

will be swiped-blasted to clean the steelwork from burning and welding

anchoring surface.
