SATORI is a 41.5-metre custom-built sailing yacht delivered in 2017 by Big Blue Yachting in Bodrum, Turkey. The interior, designed by Jeanette and Claus Thottrup, reflects a clear focus on offering a calm, well-structured onboard experience that prioritises privacy, quality, and space. With the intention of bringing the boutique hospitality of Borgo Santo Pietro onto the sea, SATORI offers a high-end service inspired by the same philosophy of understated luxury and personalised attention to detail. Built using traditional wooden boatbuilding techniques, she pays tribute to classic sailing heritage while incorporating modern comforts throughout a layout designed for long and enjoyable stays at sea.
Outdoors are characterised by her teak deck and glossy mahogany and walnut exteriors. Her aft deck offers a welcoming coffee lounge with a second bar, lounge seating, and a large covered daybed-perfect for informal dining, reading, or enjoying a drink at sunset. The deck areas are spacious and well laid out, providing both shaded and open zones for sunbathing or gathering as a group. Whether under sail or at anchor, guests can easily move between interior and exterior spaces, maintaining a strong connection to the sea throughout the day.
Inside, SATORI features a 35m² indoor living and dining area positioned with an open-view kitchen and bar where guests can observe the preparation of fresh, seasonal meals or simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. She has five guest cabins accommodating up to 10 guests. The 36m² master suite features a king-size bed and spacious surroundings, while the other guest rooms are fitted with queen-size beds. All guest areas are fully air-conditioned, and her design includes clearly defined zones that separate guest and crew spaces to maintain privacy and ensure smooth service on board.
For evening entertainment, SATORI offers an outdoor cinema complete with blankets and pillows for added comfort. Her wellness offering extends to onboard treatments using Seed to Skin Tuscany products handmade at Borgo Santo Pietro, the estate owned by Claus and Jeanette Thottrup. Massage services and personal wellness plans can be arranged prior to departure based on guest preferences.
